Project 1046 is a temporary pop-up residency—a one-night gathering designed to foster creativity, connection, and experimentation.
🎭 "Hella Mycelial" – An Art Happening on March 21st, 2025 is the primary offering of this residency, transforming 1046 Irving into a playful, interactive space for artistic and communal expression.
🌱 This event will feature a showcase of interactive work exploring belonging, speculative storytelling, and the creation of new possibilities—inspired by my experiences as an artist, facilitator, and longtime Inner Sunset resident.
✨ Highlighting the new dining venue from Irving Subs, this space will serve as both a creative hub and a gathering place for shared nourishment—physically and creatively.
Home to some of the best subs in the city, Irving Subs has been a cornerstone of the Inner Sunset for over nine years. Run by a dedicated mother of three, it’s a space where fresh ingredients, high-quality bread, and a love for community come together.
This event is a collaboration with the space, bridging art, food, and neighborhood storytelling in the most hella mycelial way.
